Nelli had written the letter to AG saying that in an interview that went viral on Twitter on January 14, Narsinghanand has made ‘derogatory remarks’.
It was stated by Nelli that the feedback made by Narsinghanand are attempting to undermine the majesty of the establishment and the authority vested within the Supreme Court docket of India, and is a vile and clear try at interfering in the middle of justice via abusive rhetoric and baseless assaults on the integrity of the Structure and the Courts.
