- 1 cup Frozen Berries
- 1 tbsp Hemp, Chia, or Flax Seeds
- 1 scoop Collagen Powder
- 1-2 scoops Protein Powder
- 1 scoop Bare Greens Powder
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
Hannah’s Go-To Smoothie
Components
- 3 scoops Protein Powder (orgain model linked on the backside of the submit)
- 1 cup Spinach
- 8-10 oz Water
- 1 cup Frozen Berries
Steph’s Go-To Smoothie
Components

- 6 oz White Rum
- 6 oz Cream of Coconut
- 6 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 4 oz Golden or Spiced Rum
- 4 Cups Ice
- Pineapple Wedges for garnish
Directions
