  • To assemble the salad, place romaine and radicchio in a big bowl; prime mozzarella, salami, chickpeas, olives, bell pepper, cucumber, pepperoncini, tomatoes and purple onion. Pour the dressing on prime of the salad and gently toss to mix. High with Parmesan.
