The James Beard Basis introduced the nominees for the 2023 Media Awards, and Eater is nominated in six classes.
Eater’s video group is a finalist within the class of Visible Media — Quick Kind for an episode of The Specialists (previously referred to as First Individual). Within the nominated video, Eater visits Down North Pizza, a preferred Philadelphia pizza spot that gives jobs, housing, and authorized illustration to previously incarcerated people.
