Every time I’ve a little bit of rotisserie hen leftover from this, I repurpose the leftovers to make my favourite Chinese language hen salad. A restaurant-quality salad that really tastes so a lot better proper at dwelling.

  • 1 head romaine, shredded
  • 4 cups shredded napa cabbage
  • 3 cups leftover shredded rotisserie hen
  • 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • ½ cup chopped contemporary cilantro leaves
  • ½ cup roasted salted cashews
  • 3 inexperienced onions, thinly sliced

  • To assemble the salad, place romaine lettuce in a big bowl; high with cabbage, hen, mandarin oranges, cilantro, cashews and inexperienced onions. Pour the sesame ginger dressing on high of the salad and gently toss to mix.

  • Serve instantly, topped with wonton strips and sesame seeds.

  • In a small bowl, whisk collectively rice vinegar, orange marmalade, canola oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and sesame seeds; season with salt and pepper, to style.
